The appeal for traditional books endures in our digital landscape, prompting a paradox – the continuous effort to replicate tactile experiences within the digital realm. This deliberate mimicry includes e-books, paper textures, page turning animations and page flipping sounds. Driven by our desire for tactile engagement, this project finds ways the two reading mediums can inform and influence one another, prompting critical reflection on our interactions with reading in both physical and digital formats.
