In South Korea, a significant gap in mental health services persists due to negative perceptions. Therefore, VR art therapy emerges as a promising alternative. This project introduces VR art therapy using a Tilt Brush, specifically targeting South Korea's MZ Generation. The current VR therapy lacks personalization, which hinders its effectiveness. Through interactive guide videos, participants receive personalized therapy within Tilt Brush's VR space through tailored sessions.
