The Unwinding Map is a mindful walking app designed for millennials in Singapore’s creative industries, aiming to prevent workplace burnout and destigmatise mental wellness. Collaborating with art therapists and incorporating the human touch and warmth into physical and digital experience designs, it features a user-co-created shared map and observer cards, naturally encouraging stress-coping practices through multisensory exploration during city rambling and seeking inspiration, thereby fostering a self-care community.
