Gestures In Ink
Translating rhythmic chant-inspired sound into visual language through asemic writing
This project explores the spiritual essence of Buddhist scriptures through asemic writing, translating rhythmic, temple-inspired sound into visual form. Blending physical calligraphy with digital tools like TouchDesigner and Stable Diffusion, it re-centers writing as performance—guided by rhythm and gesture—to construct non-literal language that resists over-analysis and textual consumption.
