Lance, affectionately and professionally known as lancey, is a Singapore-based multidisciplinary designer with an interest in human-centred design and visual narratives. A visual explorer in both digital and physical realms, a lot of lancey's works derive from constantly being inspired by his surroundings, down to the minute details of observations within the outside world. When lancey isn't being creative, you can find him being passionate about zoology and marine life, or belting out in karaoke booths or with his guitar.

Celebrating all family structures in Singapore, regardless of background.
In Singapore, a family is defined as, 'one man, one woman, with children living in the same household', becoming the base for the country's pro-family ideals. This project serves as a social commentary into pro-family narratives oversaturated in the media, impacting the self-perception in children from single-parent families. By proposing design interventions targeting advertising spaces, policies, and the community, it also seeks a social future that celebrates all families, while uplifting non-parental caregivers in Singapore.
