Tania is a multidisciplinary designer with a background in product and industrial design. Her design works are frequently influenced by events in her immediate environment. Over the years, she found satisfaction in craftwork, print, photography, and illustrating to create different narratives. Over the course of her six years in design, she developed an interest in producing results that frequently centered on usability and practicality—human-centric problems that call for a shift in cultural norms.

While mother and baby often dominate conversations, Bearing Stories explores the overlooked experiences of Singaporean first-time mothers grappling with postpartum depression. Through narrative deliverables, the project aims to foster empathy and understanding among first-time fathers, helping them comprehend the challenges faced by women and how they can provide support. Bearing Stories is specifically crafted to illuminate women's struggles with postpartum depression, urging fathers to recognise signs of distress and offer assistance.
