The project reimagines well-being in Singapore, bridging therapy and design to help young adults care for one another through both self and mutual care. Mindful Kakis is a community care system and programme that integrates tools, workshops, and a guide to shifts care for mental well-being into a shared and sustainable, ongoing practice.
