The Twin Twist
How twins twist stereotypes to reveal their unpredictable, glitch-like nature.
This project investigates how twins navigating early adulthood disrupt stereotypical expectations towards twinship: being mirror images of each other or complete opposites. Using Glitch Art to visualise this disruption, the lived experiences of twins twist current narratives. Through the unexpected nature of twins, identity is highlighted as an ongoing process of mutual shaping. This project calls for more fluid, humanistic understandings towards the complexities of twinship, balancing individuality through self-expression as living glitches among us.
