Kashmira has always had strong opinions about things most people walk past without noticing. This turned out to be a useful quality for a designer. She works across branding, advertising, and visual communication, concept-led and detail-obsessed, with a genuine belief that the right image, typeface, or layout can change how someone feels about something entirely. She takes design seriously. Herself, only occasionally.
Repair Over Replace
A design toolkit that helps young adults choose repair over replacement.
Repair Over Replace is a research-driven design toolkit that addresses the paradox of choice facing young adults in Singapore. By lowering the psychological barrier to mending, it guides users through three stages: a low-stakes practice piece, a mending toolkit, and a reflective prompt journal. Together, these rebuild the habit of caring for what they own, reframing repair not as a chore but as a meaningful act of stewardship.
