I'm Shazlyn Anisah. I explore the intersection of visuals, language, and interaction through design, storytelling, and cultural research. My work often engages with cultural and pressing topics, using humour and direct messaging to make ideas more accessible. I enjoy creating interactive experiences that invite audience participation, and I approach each project with a strong concept and hands-on process. I'm particularly skilled in directing creative ideas to effectively communicate and advertise a message or product.
Rituals In Bloom
A toolkit to help our traditions continue to flourish
Rituals In Bloom is a publication that introduces Malay youths to traditional Malay wedding floral arrangements through learning and play. By simulating the process of making, rolling betel leaves and arranging them into forms like the Sireh Junjung, the project transforms cultural knowledge into a tactile experience.
